Ms. Sonya made my dream come true! She went out of her way to help me get a one bedroom apartment that I absolutely fell in love with! She was so kind to me and my daughter. Above and beyond! I have never been happier about a place to live. I love everything about it. Ms Shay from the office and Spencer from maintenance are also truly amazing with kind hearts!

I moved out of Nance Place months ago and into another Freeman Webb Property. But, Nance Place will always be home. Because, of the outstanding, wonderful Office Staff. Thanks to Ms. Sonja Jackson, and her amazing Co- worker...."We just gone call her Ms.Shay" a lovely person and personality!!!! Nance Place will always be my very first home! Happy birthday, Ms. Jackson
