I'm an applicant so that sums it up. All ready to move in. I liked what i saw, my mother tells me stories how when she married my dad thats where they lived their first years. Destiny to be me this time. Hi everyoneâś‹ so aside from my old review on top I am making an updated review for 2023. Let's go! Things are different from last I've been here.. I'm enjoying my 2 room space, I can cruse around my scooter freely, eat and shop at my favorite places without long waits for the bus. All is fine and simple! Yet, the one thing I'll always ask the complex no matter where I go is that "Is it a Smoke Free Zone?" I ask them this due to my not being able to breath correctly with air impurities... I also always need my filters changed as often as they do for cleaner air. Of course they'd say yes at first.. But I swear if I hear the same excuse as I heard the last time my smile will drop dead.. And that's never a good sign. Now, with the complex being so old I do know this place well. But being honest with tenets is important because of health being #1 concern in daily life and should always be top tier priority.. So if someone ask this before moving in or wanting too honest is best. I have a neighbor that smokes heavy in the bathroom and our walls are connected so the scent will escape from the bathroom into the vents and apartment.. Then my breathing becomes difficult. Let alone what you smell in the halls. This will always be my #1 issue. I have others but because I'm miss home improvement I've fixed alot of things since moving in and now my apartment of good. The maintenance team helped a bunch too.
