My spouse and I were in Nashville looking for an apartment and I cannot rave enough about how beautiful these apartments are! All very nice and clean with plenty of amenities and close access to multiple things to do around town! Becca was an amazing agent, very friendly and polite! She was able to answer all our questions and soothe over any concerns we may have had! Definitely think one of these will be ours very soon!

The Melrose is my favorite apartment that I have lived in since I moved to Nashville. The leasing staff is always so friendly and attentive and always makes sure their residents are taken care of and happy.

If you want to live somewhere that has people sleeping in the parking garage and pooping on the side of the building… this place is your dream place ! Oh and smoking crack by the dog park is a normal event . So they might charge a lot for rent but obviously worth it !

This place is by far the best apartment ive lived in since moving to nashville. Yes there is alot of things going on with painting, construcuton, Maintenance. BUT THE STAFF IS THE BEST!. they all really try to go above and beyond to help each reisdent. One of the lovely ladies even knows my name and my dogs name. Always has cookies. Makes me feel good about living here.

I loved living here, everything was so easy and taken care of. All the staff in the office and the men in maintenance were happy to help with my millions of questions. My apartment flooded in December (on Christmas Eve!) due to a pipe that busted. They gave me daily updates on how they were addressing the issue, and 1 week later it was like it never happened. I felt super cared for. There are a lot of "apartment horror stories" in Nashville, but you won't find that here. Thank you all again - it was an awesome year!

The Melrose is a fantastic place to live. The Office ladies are very friendly and respond to requests quickly. Emily goes above and beyond every single time. becca is that boy. she’s wonderful!
p.s. we love all 30+ vivint guys that just moved in back in april! they’re all so much fun to be around and are extremely respectful of everyone here.

I've been living here for 2, going on 3 years now & absolutely love it. The location is ideal for someone who works downtown. I love that there is plenty to do within walking distance of living here- the comedy club, movie theater, M.L. Rose are all just a few minutes walk away. Even Kroger is right across the street. I sold my car after a few months of living here because I had no real need for it anymore. The property itself is very nice and well kept. Management is SO friendly and always super helpful. I've never had an issue here that they didn't go above and beyond to help with. Chayse is very knowledgeable and friendly (also a Swiftie- which is a huge plus in my opinion). Philip is so helpful and always cheerful. Mindy is the best property manager I've ever come across in my 60 years of living. There is a new girl working in the management staff now too. I believe her name is Christine? Not sure. But she seems great as well. They treat all of the residents here like family. 15/10 recommend living here. I'll probably never leave honestly.
