I love Capitol View! What I love most about living there is the great staff! Tobi always does a great job taking care of us and always putting things together to create a community! The Maintenance staff is great too! Whenever we have a problem, they’re quick and easy to get in touch with!

Imagine living at a 5 star resort… okay now stop imagining because you no longer have to. Residences at Capitol View has everything you can ever ask for, from their modern and newly updated apartment floor plans, to their top of the line amenities which include: - a pool with a view of the Nashville skyline - state of the art fitness center - hot tub - Men’s and female saunas - oh and for all the golfers out there.. a Golf Simulator. There’s even a Publix on the first floor! Okay so amenities are nice and all but how’s the staff? Well… I’m glad you asked because they have an all star lineup. Let’s start with the management team of Shawn, Melenda, TreC and Tobi. Each and every one of them deserves an A+ for hospitality. Anything you need, they have it covered from day one. Have a question about apartments, packages, amenities and activities ask away! Have a new innovative way to make you and your neighbors experience better at Capitol view? They’re all ears! Have a fun idea for an event at their club room? Let them know! They host tons of fun events, whether that be Super Bowl parties, drink and shops(in collaboration with local boutiques), or summer pool parties, there’s always something to do. What about the maintenance? Let’s ask the question, how long does a maintenance request take to complete at your local apartment complex? 4-6 hours? Some even days? Some.. maybe never? Well I’ve put in over 10 maintenance requests since I’ve been here and each one was taken care of within 1-2 hours and not only done, but done right, because who wants to have to resubmit a ticket for the same issue? Is it noisy? Never. The architecture team did a great job at installing thick walls with even thicker ceilings and floors, I didn’t know I had an upstairs neighbor until 6 months after moving in when I asked the leasing office if the apartment above me was occupied! Have a dog? They’re super dog friendly, My dog gets greeted with treats and love every time she enters the building and especially after a round of exercise at the huge dog park right across the street. That pretty much wraps it up. Reminder although this review does seem like a review for a 5 star resort, it is a review for a luxurious apartment complex that you can live at year round!
