I love Capitol View! What I love most about living there is the great staff! Tobi always does a great job taking care of us and always putting things together to create a community! The Maintenance staff is great too! Whenever we have a problem, they’re quick and easy to get in touch with!

Imagine living at a 5 star resort… okay now stop imagining because you no longer have to. Residences at Capitol View has everything you can ever ask for, from their modern and newly updated apartment floor plans, to their top of the line amenities which include: - a pool with a view of the Nashville skyline - state of the art fitness center - hot tub - Men’s and female saunas - oh and for all the golfers out there.. a Golf Simulator. There’s even a Publix on the first floor! Okay so amenities are nice and all but how’s the staff? Well… I’m glad you asked because they have an all star lineup. Let’s start with the management team of Shawn, Melenda, TreC and Tobi. Each and every one of them deserves an A+ for hospitality. Anything you need, they have it covered from day one. Have a question about apartments, packages, amenities and activities ask away! Have a new innovative way to make you and your neighbors experience better at Capitol view? They’re all ears! Have a fun idea for an event at their club room? Let them know! They host tons of fun events, whether that be Super Bowl parties, drink and shops(in collaboration with local boutiques), or summer pool parties, there’s always something to do. What about the maintenance? Let’s ask the question, how long does a maintenance request take to complete at your local apartment complex? 4-6 hours? Some even days? Some.. maybe never? Well I’ve put in over 10 maintenance requests since I’ve been here and each one was taken care of within 1-2 hours and not only done, but done right, because who wants to have to resubmit a ticket for the same issue? Is it noisy? Never. The architecture team did a great job at installing thick walls with even thicker ceilings and floors, I didn’t know I had an upstairs neighbor until 6 months after moving in when I asked the leasing office if the apartment above me was occupied! Have a dog? They’re super dog friendly, My dog gets greeted with treats and love every time she enters the building and especially after a round of exercise at the huge dog park right across the street. That pretty much wraps it up. Reminder although this review does seem like a review for a 5 star resort, it is a review for a luxurious apartment complex that you can live at year round!

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a tour of the apartment complex, and I must say, the services provided by the leasing consultant, Melenda Jean, were absolutely excellent. From start to finish, she showcased exceptional professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience. Firstly, she greeted us with a warm and friendly smile, instantly making us feel comfortable and welcome. Her pleasant and approachable demeanor created a positive atmosphere throughout the entire tour. Additionally, she was punctual and well-prepared, displaying a deep understanding of the complex and its offerings. Throughout the tour, she demonstrated an impressive command of the complex's features, amenities, and floor plans. She provided us with detailed information about each apartment unit, highlighting their unique characteristics and potential benefits. Her ability to answer all of our questions accurately and confidently further reinforced her expertise in the field. Melenda Jean showcased genuine enthusiasm as she discussed the various amenities available within the complex. She meticulously explained the fitness center, pool area, and communal spaces, emphasizing their contribution to a vibrant and active community lifestyle. Her infectious enthusiasm made me genuinely excited about the prospect of residing in such an inviting environment. One aspect that truly set her apart was her commitment to ensuring all of our needs and expectations were met. Melenda attentively listened to my preferences and specific requirements. Based on this information, she tailored the tour to showcase the most suitable apartments, making me feel valued as a potential tenant. Her keen attention to detail allowed me to envision myself living comfortably within the complex. Melenda went above and beyond by providing additional resources, such as brochures, virtual tours, and detailed floor plans. These supplementary materials displayed a remarkable level of preparedness, making it easier for me to make an informed decision about my future living arrangements. The apartment complex tour was truly outstanding. Her professionalism, knowledge, and dedication created a memorable experience that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the Residences at Capitol View if your seeking a new home. This complex offers everything and more. They've even remembered our furry babies and offer a soon to open spa just for them and an amazing doggie play area for running and playing. If the leasing management doesn't already know, Melenda is an invaluable asset, and her exceptional service further solidified this complex as a desirable living option for me. I will be moving across the country from California and the feeling I was able to experience on this tour helped solidfy when I do decide to move, I'll be able to thank Melenda Jean for making this decision that much easier and I'll be making Residence at Capitol View the place I call home. Oh yes! The complex is AMAZING TOO! :) I have never been to a complex that thought of it ALL! If you haven't taken a tour or seen what is being offered her you have to go! This place is a hidden GEM you can't miss. Thank you again Melenda Jean for an amazing experience today! Looking forward to calling this place HOME. 😀
