I just moved in recently and have had a pretty good experience so far. The apartment is very dog-friendly which I love because there are adorable pups all around. As well, the vibes are just chill and nice. It's also boujie which is pretty cool. Highly recommend

I absolutely love living here. From the moment I stepped foot on inside, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The staff, always sporting a friendly smile, goes above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. The leasing office ladies Chelsea & Cat are always around for questions, a friendly chat and they were amazing with showing me floor plans and getting me settled in! The service manager Kenny is an absolute amazing human being who always goes the extra mile to make sure whatever was broken is fixed, and doesn’t break again haha.
The apartments themselves are nothing short of exceptional. The layouts are thoughtfully designed, maximizing space and functionality. The interior is modern and stylish, creating a cozy ambiance that felt like home from the very beginning.
One of the standout features of this community was the range of amenities provided. From the fitness center to the sparkling swimming pool, rooftop dog park, pet spa and the amazing views of downtown Nashville.
Additionally, the location of this apartment community is ideal. It is incredibly convenient to access to much!
Overall, my experience at Modera has been nothing short of exceptional. The friendly and helpful staff, gorgeous apartments, and outstanding amenities created an environment that I am proud to call home. I highly recommend this apartment community to anyone seeking a place that truly cares about its residents and offers an exceptional living experience.

I am not one to write reviews, but feel this situation merits comment. I have been attempting to have the dryer in our apartment serviced since our June move in. The Maintenance Team was required to coordinate with the Whirlpool technician because of the warranty status. When this did not materialize, the Maintenance Manager, Kenny, contacted me personally and scheduled an appointment for the next day, Saturday. Kenny arrived as promised and within 15 minutes, my issue was resolved. I would like to commend Kenny for personally handling my request and following through to completion.

I signed a lease at Modera Gulch! I've lived at a Modera building in Denver and it was the best experience. I was happy to see Modera in Nashville and sure enough so far is pleasantly similar. I couldn't lease anything higher than the 9th floor since those floors won't be ready in time but I am so happy with my place. The closet is a dream, huge balcony and the same quality I remember. The staff has been amazing through the process and really made me feel welcome. I'm looking forward to seeing everything finished and move in!

Maintenance team is phenomenal. However, getting a hold of the staff is difficult sometimes.
They do not return emails, and it has been that way for quite sometime.
Aside from that great property. We love it here, great community, but the communication is poor.
