My experience as a resident at Margeaux Midtown has been great. The management team is friendly and responsive to questions and requests. The maintenance team is prompt and quickly resolves any issues. Due to the great job the management and maintenance teams do, I would recommend this property to anyone.

Right in the heart of downtown, close to all the best nightlife without being in Broadway. You can’t get much better! The management team is incredibly helpful through the entire move-in process! The pool, podcasting room and, my personal favorite, the bowling alley, are all amazing and in perfect shape! I highly recommend Margaux if you want a safe, beautiful, and well-kept apartment in Midtown!
