The manager, Jimmy, has been so helpful and friendly since day one of moving here. This is the BEST apartment in Nashville. The community functions are more fun than any apartment buildings I’ve lived in before, and a great way to meet people. The kind and helpful community, the help from the staff, and their modern amenities make living here feel like a five star hotel. I have lived here for two years and would highly recommend it for its spectacular pricing, location, safe surrounding area, and dog-friendly community. Fetch delivery that is used here makes buying and receiving packages effortless and super convenient.

I lived at Octave apartments from 2022-2023 and I enjoyed my time there greatly! It was exciting and the staff were always proffesional and upfront. They also answer all your questions in a timely manner!
