Personally there have been so many other excellent things that the staff has helped me with as I adjusted to getting back to living in a community again. All of these things were prior to the amazing job they did in resolving the results of the recent storm. I just moved back to "The Great State of Texas" and this is one of the reasons, because here we use Organization / Teamwork and a get it done attitude to get the job done and this team was OUTSTANDING in every sense of the word!! BIG KUDOS to Lety, Ana, Jesus, Vincente, Richard and all of the other folks who jumped in to resolve the damage created by Beryl. Wow, what a great result!!! After struggling in florida and having to deal with the damage of hurricane Ian, I was just bracing myself for the having to endu re another difficult situation. I could not have been more wrong, what a terrific job this staff has done - I am blown away!! Thank You so much for your pursuit of excellence!! As a team they communicated with us to keep us "in the loop," as well setting the proper expectations as soon as they possibly could.
