It has only been about 5 days since I have moved here. So far so good. It’s a gated community and a bit quiet. My ac unit was not working when I first moved in and the maintenance guy came over right away which is great. I know people have there mixed reviews but this is not a bad apartment complex. Just because the area it is in people give bad reviews but you have be a judge for yourself. 7/30 Update: I've been here for almost 3 years now and for the most part even though the surrounding areas are a little sketchy the apartment complex itself is very quiet and up to par. The water issue is the only negative. Not sure about infestations of rats or bugs but I have not had that problem. Ruth and Sonia are great they even work with me if I am late on rent. Maintenance always complete my request within 1-2 days. Like I said before judge for yourself and not off other folks reviews.
