My experience has been very pleasent and i loved every minute of it!!!! Samantha and linda have been so great and such a great help. Sam literally toured us and had walked us through this process as a whole me and my boyfriend. This was our first apartment and im so excited to move in!!!! This coming weekend is the day!!!

I recently moved to this property and so far I have no had any bad experiences, Samantha has provided an excellent customer service every time I have needed her help. She is always very kind and attentive and makes me feel I am in good hands. :) I would give more stars if I could ******

Today we moved my daughter into her apartment.... She had her eyes set on this place for a few months now... Just as when we first came to visit the propert the first day,.... the hospitality from the staff is amazing then..... and is very consistent today. Both Samantha and Linda were very accommodating making the entire experience from walking through the first day to checking in TODAY seamless... Their hospitality alone played a huge decision in choosing CW Apartments. The hardest decision was choosing a floor plan that best suited her needs...as they were all beautiful and very upgraded We absolutely look forward to our daughter making lots of memories here...

My leasing specialist is Samantha & she was extremely helpful throughout the move in process from before I applied & months after I moved in. I personally don’t have any complaints. The property & the units are new & clean. Maintenance is very prompt & professional.

Samantha has been the best! I have a lot of great things to say about her, but I’ll leave just a few; she has amazing customer service, she’s quick to resolve issues and she seems to genuinely care about the residents of this community. The apartment is very nice but if it weren’t for Samantha, I might’ve still been in search of a place. I’m enjoying myself in this community so far. Thank you !

Where do I start, Samantha was so on point helping me every step of the way, she was patient with me and answered all my questions. I love my apartment it’s like coming home to a beautiful resort, the lounge, theater room and gym are all immaculately kept. My neighbors are quiet and the parking lot is clean. Once again I love my new home!!Pictures will be coming soon!

I’ve lived here for 6 months now, and I love it! Any problem I’ve had Samantha has resolved within a days time, very quiet and peaceful. I have really enjoyed living here (I am very picky about my apartments) The only thing is I would like to get my gate clicker ;)
