Title: A Perfect Blend of Luxury and Convenience!
I was on of the first residents moved to Modera Six Pines, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
The apartments themselves are beautifully designed, with modern finishes and ample natural light. I particularly love the open floor plan and the spacious kitchen—perfect for entertaining! The amenities are top-notch, including a stunning pool, a well-equipped gym, and cozy outdoor lounges.
The location is unbeatable. Being close to shopping, dining, and parks makes it easy to enjoy the best of what the area has to offer. Plus, the community events they host foster a great sense of camaraderie among residents.

've been a resident for a few months now and I have zero issues with my apartment, it’s so spacious and the property in general is always clean and welcoming. I’ve been lucky to have pleasant neighbors and the location is perfect for my commute. The manager Melissa and assistant manager Kelly have always been so helpful, the leasing agents Gaby and Aleisha are amazing. All of them are professional and always eager to help, and have such positive attitudes it’s contagious, I appreciate their excellent customer service. Keep up the good work girls and thank you for making my time here enjoyable.

Incredible experience finding my new home at Modera Six Pines! Gaby P. was amazing- she helped me through the entire process and made me feel so comfortable in making this big decision. The apartments are stunning, with so many great amenities, how could I resist! She kept up with me, answered all of my questions, helped me tour multiple apartments over the span of a few days and I was sold! Very excited to live here!

This was the best place I could have ever chosen to live! I lived in Modera for 18 months and just recently moved out. My experience here was nothing but amazing. The community is fantastic and feels extremely safe. It shares the property with LifeTime fitness, which is a huge plus! The property itself is beautiful and has great amenities, but the best thing about it is the community. Most times, you move to a property and that’s it because you don’t really interact with anyone but it is different here. Everyone here is very friendly, hangs out around the front office or lobby areas, so it’s impossible to not make friends. Lastly, the staff is amazing. The maintenance team is relatable and quick. Every single leasing agent does a great job and is super welcoming. The 2 managers Melissa and Kelly are the nicest and best people ever! This was an extremely well run property and it’ll always be special! It’s a 10/10 and I hope the property stays that may with the support of the parent company :). Sad to be leaving but you won’t regret the location and perks of this place.

I’m very happy living here! The amenities are awesome, and my apartment is a dream. The leasing team has some of the nicest, stand-up people, including Melissa and Eddie. I really appreciate the attention to resident requests and response to any needs/questions I may have. I could see myself living here a long time. It’s comfortable, safe, and beautifully done.

I just took a tour yesterday at this place because the lifetime fitness is right next door. Loved all the amenities and the leasing constant Alesha was super welcoming, patient, and very helpful and quick on follow up emails. Loved my experience!

The application and move-in process was very easy. All the staff at Modera is super friendly and made us feel very welcome. Without a doubt it was the best choice.
Our apartment is in excellent condition, all brand new!!! The amenities are great and the community is very quiet and conveniently located.
