We’ve been living at the Aven for 5 months and absolutely love it here. This is our second apartment in downtown LA and we didn’t think we could beat the last place but we were so wrong. Starting with the leasing team, they were so great and David was so nice and invested in making sure we found the right apartment in the building. The front desk team are all super professional, friendly and competent. Always a smile and helping hand. The building itself feels truly luxury. Everything is very clean, there always are staff cleaning the hallways and amenities. The apartment itself is very high quality from the gorgeous windows to the toilets, to the appliances. The amenities are stunning and not just for show, we use them all the time and it feels like we’re on vacation every day living here. Lastly, this neighborhood (mainly just this block) is the best pocket of downtown LA. You have trees lined along the street, a nice park next to the building and Pine and Crane restaurant for the perfect amount of people buzz. It’s super quiet at peaceful here, which is priceless. Can’t say enough good things about the Aven, simply the best!
