Julie is superb! She helped w/ my in-house transfer which you'd think is an easy task but is just the opposite! She acted w/ such professionalism, deftness and all w/ a smile, playful banter and good cheer! Erica, Naomi and the staff here handle the issues common to large apartments lickety split! Definitely have my loyalty! Thanks for providing a serene place to live in a city full of noise!

I recently moved from a home in Big Bear Lake, California to a beautiful apartment in the Acappella Pasadena complex. I’ve been so thrilled at the location and its spectacular landscaping, and especially the exceptional staff that keep the complex humming like the well-cared for center that it is. I needed a couple fixes done in my kitchen, and Richard, their electrician and overall repairman, arrived immediately to fix them. Going from home ownership to renting is a shift, but Richard’s recent quick and thorough fixes foretell a very happy future at Acappella. He’s very friendly but at the same time, totally professional, and I feel very safe because he always follows the COVID restrictions inside the apartment. Really couldn’t be happier and am confident that he will be able to help with any issue that needs tending (but the apartment is so modern and well built, that I don’t anticipate many issues). This is a great, secure complex in a beautiful and quiet part of Pasadena, one block from a huge, beautiful park. I highly recommend talking to either Alex or Katie (both super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable) if you need a place to live in Pasadena.
