I have lived here for close to 4 years and I am leaving now as I am moving to Dallas because of my job location change. Biggest pros is location, very well placed and everything is close by. Other big advantage is its very secured and on a hill which is kind of secluded and makes it feels safe with family. I have to admit that this place was having issues in terms of association servicing and fixing the stuff, but things have positively and progressively changed once its taken over by new property manager "Kathlyn". There were no functional camera surveillance but now there are functional cameras everywhere. In Summary, there might be better place but if somebody really looking for value for money, they wont be disappointed.

this place is awesome! Tammy helped me with any questions i had and she is by far the best person to go to for leasing, she can sign you up so quick! they have security that drives around 24/7 which is something I think every building needs to have more of. Super clean. they have free parking and on top of that when you have an issue with something maintenance is fast and very helpful. Oak Hill also has two swimming pools which is great for all ages. you’re very centrally located to the southside, downtown and oakland which are the best areas to be in pittsburgh! you can’t beat the price when you’re this close to all these areas.
