I've lived here for 5 years now. Yes, the apartments are outdated. Yes, I've had maintenance issues. Yes, the walls are paper thin. Any time I've brought up anything maintenance wise, it's been addressed immediately. They have pest control in regularly, but it's not their fault if a tenant brings roaches in the place and they spread. They do try to fix it. That's always a possible issue when living in an apartment building. Some people are just nasty. Rent a house if you don't want that being a possibility of happening. The staff are always friendly. My daughter goes to the front office regularly, as do all the kids when they get off the school bus, for treats. The office staff sit there waiting for the kids! For the most part, it's quiet, the neighbors I have are friendly, and we leave each other alone. My only complaint is I wish they had 3 bedroom apartments, as my family has outgrown the one I'm in, and will need to move to something bigger in the next year or 2. Otherwise I'd stay.
