I would like to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to the exceptional team members here, including Natalie, Leigh Anne, Kelly, and the dedicated maintenance team, Joe and Damian. Your commitment and hard work have made a significant impact, and I will genuinely miss seeing each of you. This team consistently exemplifies a spirit of kindness and demonstrates an unwavering dedication to ensuring that residents enjoy a comfortable living experience while effectively addressing any issues that arise. However, I would like to address some concerns regarding the current corporate structure. The existing corporate policies inadvertently present challenges for this community by permitting certain residents to reside here, leading to various disturbances, including incidents of vandalism, theft, and even more serious issues such as cars being burned to a crisp. Additionally, I have noticed that the pool area has frequently been left in disarray after its use by large groups of individuals who are not residents, invited by tenants whose behavior may not align with community standards. This situation places an additional burden on our maintenance team. If corporate priorities could be refocused on attracting quality tenants rather than solely filling vacancies, I believe this community could evolve into an enjoyable and secure environment for all residents.
