Each fix just required a new bulb and Reggie was super prompt. In addition, every time you run into Reggie he is super upbeat and kind. He makes sure you have a smile on your face. Coming from an apartment that had very poor customer service and office personnel who were difficult to work with, I thought I’d focus on the complete opposite that I experienced at Metropolitan! Just absolutely a breeze to work with them! I was in a pinch to move apartments across town. Bailey in the office was so wonderful and easy to work with. Amazing communication; I would email her during work hours and often received a response back within an hour. I had dozens of questions and emails sent; she made me feel so comfortable in sending, at times, a couple emails a day. I often apologized but she assured me that that’s what she’s there for. So appreciated her reassurance! I begged to be let in to the apartment a day ahead of my move. Bailey made no promises but kept clear lines of communication with me as she waited to hear back from the maintenance and vendor staff getting the apartment ready. By some luck, she made it happen and I was able to sign my lease and move in a bunch of my stuff before the big move in day. Mainly I was able to get my cat stuff set up, before bringing my cats to the apartment; such a blessing and relief to be let in early! After moving in, she emailed me and let me know I had one more document to sign, but said I could wait until I got through the Jewish High Holidays. How amazing and understanding is that?! So so sweet. This morning I came in to the office to sign a document and ask about documentation to get a new driver’s license. She listed a bunch of different paperwork I needed that I new I didn’t have. Before I could even say anything she asked, would you like copies of those? So thoughtful and professional. She gave me a copy of my electrical service at my new address, proof of insurance, AND a letter from the office saying that I live there, which she then signed and provided her business card! These minor touches shows how much she cares. I so appreciated her help. Moving was stressful, but all of my encounters with Bailey made it so much easier in choosing Metropolitan Apartments! Also this morning she wished me a Shana Tova (a happy new year, for the Jewish New Year which began two days ago). I was beaming.
