The Flats at Walden have been wonderful! Clean, safe, and engaging community and staff. Paprika has done an incredible job of keeping the community engaged and knowing us residents individually. Her over communication can’t be matched! Reggie our maintenance wizard is unstoppable. Always checks in on us. Stayed late on Friday to make sure we get a new washing machine before Monday so we had one for the weekend. Any request he does it same day. I heard of with most complexes. Eager to always help. Bethany the new leading agent has been the icing on top to an already fantastic team. So glad to be here.

This place is located in the ideal location, rates are reasonable compared to other locations in the vicinity, and the staff here are great. Reggie goes above and beyond to keep his residents happy, and Paprika keeps everyone well informed regarding upcoming initiatives, celebrations, and promotions in the community. This place is a gem.
