I moved to the metropolitan apartments a year ago and have been satisfied with my apartment, the staff, and maintenance. Upon move in, the apartment was clean--no pests, etc. and have not had any issues moving forward. Staff is always willing to answer an email or answer my questions directly when I come into the office and everyone is extremely friendly! When I have had issues with my AC drain and other maintenance requests, they have always answered promptly and resolved the issue within a day or sooner if emergent. I highly recommend looking into living in this complex--location is quiet and far enough from downtown and there is easy access to public transportation from here.

The new manager Maegan is absolutely the best! The changes they are making around the complex have been so awesome and you can tell the entire staff truly cares about the residents! If you are looking for a new home in Nashville, this is the place!
