My wife and I lived here for almost 3 years, and we absolutely loved it. The management and maintenance were incredible, kind and attended to all our concerns in a timely and gracious manner. The apartment themselves are in great condition, especially for the price and location. The only reason we left was because we wanted more space and ended up buying a home. We will continue to recommend Candlewood Apartments to anyone in Nashville!

My name is Barbara, I lived there a few years ago and NOT one time did I have any problems from management, nor my apartment. The manager was awesome she was always there for me when ever I needed to speak with her I would definitely recommend Candlewood Apts to anyone that’s looking for a quite place to live. As I was reading these reviews I immediately thought, this was the BEST place I’ve live, it was CLEAN, QUITE and GREAT management. I would definitely come back first choice.
