The rating is based on the apartment tour, the complex is nice and well kept. The mailbox and trash area are neat and well kept. There is construction going on to widen the road in front of the complex, this area is high traffic as it is close to hwy 78 & 285. It’s close to a lot of shopping and the dekalb farmers market. As well as a hospital. We were greeted as we walked in and once we confirmed my time we checked in and promptly went to the viewing unit. The unit is open and has a generous amount of lighting, the rooms are a decent size. I liked that the unit has washer and dryers and a nice counter top in the kitchen.This complex does have a resource officer on the property and after hour maintenance. I did read reviews before I went and I made sure to ask plenty questions about the incidents and complaints. I was reassured about my concerns and kept in mind that this is a nice sized complex and some issues are due to come up. The grounds and walkways were clean. I did drive thru the complex that same night as it’s important to see how things are at that time and I was pleased to not see people loitering. Overall I would give the tour 8 out of 10. The five stars are for what I did like about the apartment and area.
