I’ve lived at GoldenGate Townhomes for almost three years now, and Fern Rosenthal is a big part of why I’ve stayed. Though we’ve never met in person, she’s one of the nicest and most helpful people I’ve had the pleasure of working with in the apartment community. Fern has always been quick to assist with any issues, which makes living here much more enjoyable. The community itself is great overall, though it does have its challenges. Most issues are addressed immediately, which I appreciate. While the property offers some nice features like a pool and package security, I do wish it had more amenities, such as a fully equipped gym or office space. For the rent we pay, the value could be improved, but the security and responsiveness of the management team, especially Fern, make up for it.
