I have lived at The Greenpoint for 2 years now and I really love the building! When I had first moved in, I was skeptical due to the issues we experienced with not having our keys ready, however since then things have been great! The staff is extremely friendly and the management team is always pleasant to work with. Any issue I have had has been acknowledged and resolved in a timely manner. The location of the building is also great! The neighborhood has a lot to do, and the ferry stop is extremely close.
