What a perfect apartment! The apartment is near by subway, coffe shop, restaurants, and stores such as Trader Jo, Duane Reade. All of doorman and members of maintenance team are absolutely kind, nice, and professional. For example, whenever I have some trouble with some condition of my room, the members of maintenance team always come to my room asap and then fix everything perfectly. In addition, the area surrounding the apartment is quite safety and calm, making me feel comfortable to stay in here. The way to deal with trash is so easy that I can save some time and energy. I really recommend this apartment to every people.

Nizam, Darren, Nas, Bryan, and the entire staff are simply amazing. When it comes to upkeep, repairs, anything the apartment may need, you get immediate care, and support. There is no team I've come across in my time in New York that has made me feel like my time in my apartment matters, and my presence in the building, like family.
