Been here for a few years now with my wife. Really have enjoyed my time living here. Great community, easy access to the city, plenty of shopping and restaurants locally. Edge, Dilenny, and the rest of the staff have always accommodated me and my wife with all of our needs. Great place to live. Thank you Solo!

Solo apartments are beautiful, featuring modern designs and great amenities. The pool and gym are well-maintained and Additionally, the common areas are clean and inviting. The management team is also responsive and attentive, ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. Edge, the property manager went above and beyond From day one to ensure that my experience as a tenant was seamless and stress-free. Edge addressed issues promptly and effectively, always with a friendly and professional demeanor. Whether it was a maintenance request or a simple inquiry, he handled everything with care and efficiency. Overall my experience living here at Solo has been great!

Very satisfied and grateful to have found this place and especially, Edge! Ever since my first day of locating Solo @ North Bergen online, Edge was very responsive and set me up for a same-day tour (even though I had called at around 3pm). The paperwork, moving in, and all associated tasks were seamlessly completed as Edge worked after work hours with me to make sure I could move in that SAME week - specifically 3 days after touring the place! Ever since moving in towards end of Summer, I have been at the leasing office more times than I can count with several questions. Edge and Cora are always very welcoming and make sure I feel pleased with my move. Edge was even kind enough to help me bring in my hefty furniture pieces from the mail room to my door step as he saw me struggling going back and forth. This was a small act of kindness that truly solidified why I had chose this place as my new home! The maintenance team is also extremely responsive. I had a problem with one of the towel racks falling in my bathroom --and literally not even 24hrs later-- someone came to help me re-install it. This wasn't even an emergency or something that needed to be done right away, but Edge and the team were super responsive and helped me out as quickly as possible. Contrary to most, I am liking the new visitor parking policy.. I mean we all pay $$ for a parking spot every month so it was a little upsetting to see the same cars parked for days/weeks+ on the visitor side and having to wonder if they are getting around paying the hefty monthly fee. I tend to have multiple groups of friends come over and hate taking more than 1 visitor parking spot (since there's only a handful) so as a workaround I have allowed one group of friends to park in the actual visitor lot with a visitor pass, then another group to park in MY actual parking spot (with another visible visitor pass so they don't get towed) and I've proceeded to park on the the parallel street of the apartments (48th st - going upwards from Tonnelle Ave) since it is specifically for north Bergen residents. I'm happy I've managed to find these little hacks as it allows me to accommodate 2+ parties of guests and still not take up more than 1 spot at the visitor lot! Overall, I feel extremely indebted to Edge & the property team for how supportive and helpful they have been since I moved in! Wish I could give this place 5+ stars. Looking forward to continuing my lease here!
