I first moved here in 2019 and left after one year because I lost my job. After a year of saving and a new job, I looked around at other apartments but nothing compared to the Carriage House. John, the resident manager made my move back so seamless! My apartment is clean and the perfect size. Whenever there is an issue (which there is never) John is always ready to help! He responds to my texts even when it's not during his office hours and he's always around! You will not get a better apartment complex or a more reliable resident manager anywhere else.

It's been a wonderful experience so far. Beautiful apartment in excellent location close to downtown & Anderson station in a walking distance ,Parking facility for residents and for guest is also good. Size of apartment is perfect with wonderful balcony. Very clean and well maintained . It's beautiful, calm ,quite and I feel safe here.
