My experience at Prospect Place is awesome. I have been a resident for five years. The building is beautiful. The Ladies in the rental office are unbelievable and go above and beyond to assist with any issues or concerns. The 24-hour fitness center is a plus. The location is convenient for transportation to and from NYC. I would recommend it!

I recently had the pleasure of touring Prospect Place, and I was genuinely impressed! The amenities are fantastic, offering everything you could need for comfortable living. The apartments are spacious and filled with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A standout part of my experience was the leasing staff—Ariege, Ashley, Sarah, and Marina. They were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, patiently answering all my questions and making me feel at ease throughout the tour. I also want to give a special shoutout to the front desk concierge, Carlos and Madison. Their exceptional service truly made a difference; they were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt at home. Overall, I left the tour feeling excited about the possibility of making Prospect Place my new home. I highly recommend checking it out you won’t be disappointed!
