The township of Wayne offers an excellent school system with a recreation program, including summer programs for kids.

I moved into the area just a few months ago and I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far. Joe, the property manager, was so helpful and communicated well through the whole move in process. The property is well maintained as I see Joe and other crew out everyday cleaning up, and taking care of the area. They are quick to respond to any issues that come about and it’s been a huge perk having them be a pet friendly complex. Definitely worth checking out.

We lived in Berdan Court, a property managed by Hekemian. We had a great experience. From the very beginning to the end Paula Gomez was very professional,helped us work out some kinks in the beginning. She always responded to our emails, or phone calls the same day . Mirsat Destani, the building manager when we moved in was very flexible with and professional,and made our move there as smooth as could be. He was experienced and knowledgeable, and always responded to any requests we had quickly. We were informed any time they needed to access our place for maintenance well in advance. Mirsat was replaced by a younger kid ( cant remember his name sorry, Joe maybe ? Lol sorry )as building manager the last 6 months or so. He ran the building like a confident seasoned veteran ,and with all the adjustments that had to be made during covid he was well prepared. As far as the apartment itself ,we read a few negative reviews, that the walls were thin, the snow wasn’t clean,so we were apprehensive. Those reviews couldn’t have been more incorrect. The apartment was immaculate when we moved in , no issues of any kind . We rarely heard of neighbors , and the snow was already cleared and I leave for work at 5 am , and I work in healthcare ,and can not miss work due to inclement weather . We recently moved to the jersey shore ,and Paula again helped immensely, letting us go month to month,so we could move at any time. This was a sudden decision based on timing . However if we stayed in Wayne, we had no plans of moving out of Berdan court. If anyone is planning on moving there ,please feel free to message me or my fiancé, and we will gladly answer any questions. We had a terrific experience in our 2 plus years there , and HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Berdan Court to anyone , single, couple or family. Its clean, safe , solid well maintained complex.
