I have been at Colonial Heights for over 2 years and I cannot stop thinking how happy I am that I came. The complex here is so well taken care of. Any maintenance requests are addressed quickly. The grounds are clean and I feel very safe walking around. There's plenty of parking. The apartments are renovated before you move in so we got a clean apartment. Our apartment came with tons of huge closets and a very nice bathroom. While Colonial Heights may not be the cheapest apartment complex in parsippany, it definitely is worth the money. They have a great management and maintenance staff and its a pleasure living here.

Great place. Lived there for a year. People are nice and staff are excellent. They have hands down the best snow removal team I ever experienced. Never had an issue getting in or out of parking lot even in the most horrible snow storms. Very helpful and very friendly. Affordable too.
