The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ comfort. The neighborhood is fantastic—safe, quiet, and filled with friendly neighbors. It’s conveniently located near shopping, dining, and parks, making everyday life even more enjoyable. The amenities are top-notch, and the entire community has a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for a great place to call home, I highly recommend Avalon!

We've been living in Avalon with my husband for the fourth month. We rent an apartment on the basement floor. When it was warm, we were occasionally bothered by insects, but that's the only downside. Now, in winter, the apartment has excellent heating, and we especially love the infrastructure of our building. We really enjoy the gym and recreational areas. My favorite spot is the beautiful rooftop, perfect for morning coffee. Special thanks to the hotel staff. Felix warmly welcomed us during check-in, answering all our questions with care. This makes our stay even better. Also, a very important person in the building is the maintenance worker, Q, who is also very friendly. We are very satisfied with our stay and will try to stay here as long as possible. Thank you so much, dear team for your supporting!
