This property is well maintained and encourages community among their residents, which was important to us as new. We have experienced excellent responsiveness with leasing staff and building management. We lived here for 3 years and really enjoyed our spacious apartment and the residential neighborhood. The property is located in a primary area, which is in close proximity to various shopping areas, entrainment and healthcare providers. All around amazing property and staff.

When our current landlord raised our rent 14% after a 15% increase last year we started touring appartments in Hackensack From the minute we met the Pierre property manger we knew we found a new home. She gave us the tour of available apartments with greatest detail until we were show the one that met our needs and budget. She did not pressure us to make an immediate decison. She made a complex Application process simple. My wife and I are in our 80s. She was very understanding and helped us with each step. We will move in in March. I am sure we will be very happy at the Pierre if the quality of the property manager is an indication of the commitment to serving the tenants.
