We were exploring other apartments in the area when we stumbled upon this hidden gem. Despite arriving late in the day, we were pleasantly surprised when they offered us a self-guided tour, making it easy for us to see everything firsthand. The amenities immediately stood out, especially the pool, which we loved. The property also features six electric car charging stations, in-house storage, bike storage, a pet spa, a dog run, and a courtyard with grills and seating. As both my wife and I work from home, the office space was a huge bonus, and we could easily envision ourselves making great use of it. The entire process—from applying to moving in—was incredibly swift and seamless. Since we moved in, we’ve been warmly welcomed by both fellow residents and the staff. Everyone, from Jimmy on the maintenance team to Mackenzie, who followed up with emails to ensure everything was going smoothly, has made the transition effortless. Special mention to Jae Lynn and Yasmin in the leasing office for their kindness, flexibility, and attention to detail throughout what could have been a stressful process. Any concerns we’ve had were promptly addressed, showing just how much the team genuinely cares. We’re also impressed by the strong sense of community fostered through regular tenant events. It’s clear that management prioritizes positive engagement, and we look forward to being part of this vibrant environment. The surrounding neighborhood adds even more to the experience, with its lively array of restaurants and cafes that are sure to excite any foodie. The only critique I have is that the dog run is quite small, and access to the area is limited and poorly lit at dusk. This means I often have to bring a flashlight when taking my dogs out and make sure to get there before it closes for the night.

The Current on River is such a cozy & modern apartment which is also close to everything like Walmart, Target, Costco, Aldi, amongst many good restaurants. It's perfect for my fiancee & I being it's not too far of a commute from our jobs. We've been here about a month now & we have no complaints! It has everything we asked for - indoor garage, in unit washer/dryer, gym, pool, bbq deck, secure mailroom, large event/community space, work areas, free coffee, & even a bicycle storage room & pet spa! This apartment is like an upscale hotel. JP, the leasing manager has been an absolute pleasure to work with & made the entire application process easy. To the day of our move in, he made sure all our questions were answered & we felt welcomed. The resident portal is super easy to use where you can submit work orders for any maintenance related issues etc. & usually it's actioned within the next day. All in all, I'm glad we did the 2 yr lease agreement because I don't see ourselves wanting to go anywhere else anytime soon.
