Having lived in numerous apartment buildings all over Manhattan, this building is hands down one of the best managed, most pleasant residences that one can find in New York. Peter at the leasing office is awesome and has always gone above and beyond in response to the tenants’ requests. Definitely would recommend!

Peter at the leasing office is very helpful. He was very patient and showed us the apartment multiple times before we decide to take the place. Before we move in, another higher floor apartment became available he helped us to make the switch. The front desk is very kind. They smile every time I walk into the building. Right on top of Q train which is a huge bonus. So far very happy.
