The property management just changed, and the new service is awesome! Leigh is so friendly and kind to assist me locate my lovely apartment and get everything done in a day. The building is great, and the amenities are wonderful.
I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience since moving into the building. From day one, I have been impressed by the level of service and the welcoming atmosphere that permeates throughout the premises.
The maintenance team has done an outstanding job in keeping the building impeccably clean and well-maintained. The modern design aesthetics coupled with the cleanliness have created a beautiful and inviting environment. I have truly appreciated the effort that has gone into making the building look and feel welcoming.
I must give a special commendation to Brianna and Suleika for their exceptional service. They have been incredibly helpful in familiarizing me with the building and its amenities. Their willingness to assist and their open-door policy have made my transition into the building seamless. Additionally, the friendly young lady at the concierge desk in the mornings, although I have not yet learned her name, has always greeted me with a warm smile, adding to the overall positive experience of living here.
Overall, the sense of safety, cleanliness, and community in the building has made me feel truly at home. I am grateful to be a part of such a warm and welcoming environment.

Both the leasing office and the concierge were super helpful upon moving in - had my keys ready to go on a Saturday, with the apartment cleaned prior to my arrival. Specifically, Meg is extremely personable, and was spectacular in terms of providing me a tour and handling my information on my application. Would work with her again and highly recommend her to future clients.
I was transitioning from upstate to New Rochelle, and Megan was a great help to me. She makes the experience a unique and smooth transition. I was so happy that she helped me move to my new apartment. She got me the perfect place that fits me. I love the apartment. I loved the service; everybody was super professional, and Megan was extremely professional. She allowed me to ask questions and she answered questions in detail. She was very knowledgeable about the apartment and what I needed, and she gave me exactly what I needed. I highly recommend her to everybody else.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Shearwood Station. I specifically would like to shout out Meg for her help. She answered all of my questions (I had A LOT of them) and was so professional and patient with me during the entire process. She graciously showed us multiple units and helped us select one that fit our needs. She left such a positive impression, that we decided Shearwood Station would be the perfect home for us. The building itself very nice and is very close to the train station which is perfect for us because we work in New York City. I am really excited to be a new resident of this building. I would advise anyone to check this place out if you're looking for apartments in the area. It won't disappoint!

Was searching for a while for a new place for the family and stumbled upon Shearwood. Was pleasantly surprised. The cost of living was great for the space and area and the staff was even greater. Suki, Ms. Joyce, Karla and Brianna downstairs at front desk are nothing short of amazing. Literally make every day hilarious while going above and beuknd to help daily. Can’t rave enough about them and Shearwood. 5 stars
We did a lot of shopping around when considering our move into downtown New Rochelle, we couldn’t have picked a better spot!
Fantastic location ( 10 steps to Metro north) Affordable spacious rooms, 24/7 gym, cleanly and excellent staff!

We started our apartment search in February/March and visited Shearwood. Megan was incredible throughout, always remembering us and answering our questions. She’s so sweet, and we’re grateful for her help. We loved the diversity of the building and the prime location. Megan made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
