I have been living in the Avalon and I must honestly say that it has been GREAT! The apartment layout is great. Ample space and storage for myself and family. Carlos Guerrero has been nothing but amazing and helpful! All my calls and ticket request have been answered by him all in a fast timely manner. His professionalism is beyond!!!! Avalon is family friendly as well as the community.
