Was in this building for a year, and while it's not the worst place to live, it was not the best. The building itself is showing its age, with creaky floors, outdated appliances, and a general lack of modern amenities. However, the one bright spot in this otherwise mediocre building was the superintendent, Oscar. He was absolutely fantastic! He was responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that any issues were addressed promptly. He's a true asset to the building and made living there a pleasure.
