An incredible apartment with breathtaking views and an exceptional, welcoming staff. Special thanks to Deino for his charming approach and valuable insights about the building’s amenities, as well as guidance on the neighborhood’s supermarket, park, and nearby restaurants. I’d also like to give a heartfelt thank you to the leasing team—Daniela, Raymond, Nina, and Rebecca—for making my leasing and moving process seamless, and for making me feel right at home. I came from Europe in 2005 and have only lived in buildings 180 and (now) 140 Riverside Blvd, a good part of which were owned and managed by EQR. Now, after being uncomfortable with the new owners’ management style at 140 and being imposed upon with a 25% rent increase in 1 year, I am going back to building 180. The visiting and approval process with EQR has been smooth and the personnel accommodating. A nice improvement from what I’ve experienced with the current owners/managers at 140. I am looking forward to living in 180 again and enjoying a nice apartment, and a good team and staff.
