I came from Europe in 2005 and have only lived in buildings 180 and (now) 140 Riverside Blvd, a good part of which were owned and managed by EQR. Now, after being uncomfortable with the new owners’ management style at 140 and being imposed upon with a 25% rent increase in 1 year, I am going back to building 180. The visiting and approval process with EQR has been smooth and the personnel accommodating. A nice improvement from what I’ve experienced with the current owners/managers at 140. I am looking forward to living in 180 again and enjoying a nice apartment, and a good team and staff.
