600 Washington is the BEST building I've ever lived in my 5 years in NYC. The building management is phenomenal and goes out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and working. Nothing has ever broken down. Never had any pests or rodents. The area is gorgeous, right next the river and great cafes. Don't think twice, sign the lease!
