The Brooklyner had been a great place to live for the past 2.5 years. The building is well maintained and beautiful and the staff are attentive and responsive. When I have had small issues or questions here and there the leasing office has always been able to help me out. Carolina and Phoenix in the leasing office have been especially helpful and I could always rely on them for quick, efficient communication and resolution.

While there is no perfect place, The Brooklyner is as close to perfect in modern times. I emphasize the local management team’s including staff professionalism, thorough knowledge and commitment to ensuring a happy and healthy living space! Phoenix is particularly a special member of the team who is patient, caring, supportive, and delivers answers to complex questions. Having lived here for 9 years and one of the remaining Brooklyner residences, I would certainly recommend it as your next apartment home!
