(Added in September 17) I just wanted to take a moment to thank the service technicians for their incredible help with my washer and dryer. I truly appreciate how quickly Iverson diagnosed the issue and explored all options before recommending a replacement. The installation of the new appliances went smoothly and was carried out flawlessly, thanks to Norman and Arnulfo! I was especially impressed by their prompt response, clear communication, and high-quality work :) Thanks for everything! ====Original==== I’ve just moved in and I’m extremely pleased with the whole team - the concierge, service team and the leasing office. They are always responsive, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable living environment. Special thanks to Sean from the leasing office, Jeff from the concierge, Norman from the service team for their exceptional work. Their kindness and efficiency have made my experience here truly enjoyable so far. Thank you for all your hard work!

Just moved in and have to say the whole team is amazing - all of the concierge and service teams are always offering to help. Felix does a great job responding quickly to requests and his team is phenomenal. He was highly attentive and resolved issues very quickly. Want to thank Al for his really great work helping to touch up the apartment upon move in. He did a great job and quickly followed up to make sure everything was good to go. Thank you Al! Update: Sanel, the new service director, is also excellent and goes above and beyond to quickly help tenants. He and the team (Iverson, Norman, Al) are constantly hard at work making sure everything is running smoothly. Thank you Sanel and team!
