The concierge is great - Michael, Kenyon (especially), Rafael, Gladys, Arturo, and maintenance team are all attentive to the tenants needs and are very helpful. From time to time the elevators don't work properly (generally just one of the three). Besides that Avalon offers spectacular views, great access to subways, parks and local nightlife. Wouldn't rather want to be any place else. Thanks guys!

We are having a great experience at Ava Fort Greene. I want to mention Gabriel Garcia from the maintenance team, who is always helpful and efficient. He immediately jumped in and fixed our house's cabinets. Kenyon was super helpful. He helped me with my packages to my home.🥰 It's great to have such an excellent maintenance team that is always ready to help. The staff at Ava are all amiable, which makes our experience even better.
