Lived here for 3 years and absolutely love it! Jason and Jose are amazing and always go the extra mile. The apartments are in a good location and well kept. Any issues I've had have been minor and Johnny addressed them quickly and appropriately. All the other buildings in the neighborhood did not have the same charm and feel as 175 Kent and the tenants are friendly and pleasant.

I moved to NYC about 10 years ago and I’ve changed apt every year looking for the perfect management, well in 2019 I finally move to Williamsburg at 175 Kent and it is the first time I’ve signed for the second year in a row. The office stuff is super friendly, the super very responsive and all the doorman the best I have ever had, beside all the improvement made day by day, like adding tables, chairs and bed on the rooftop, the building smells always amazing and it’s located in one of the most cool area’s in NY. I Highly recommend them!!!
