However, January is the most competitive month, with more demand compared to available inventory. In contrast, October is the least competitive month, with less overall demand compared to available inventory, making it a potentially good time to find a deal. December is the month with the lowest demand overall.

One of the most prevalent styles is Colonial, which accounts for over 50% of the market.
