Im a dog walker in several Manhattan resident highrise building and Avalon west chelsea is one of my favorites to walk into because the concierge/ front desk staff is so welcoming and friendly every time. Gustavo, who is the person at the desk on Mondays when I walk in shows how engaged he is by ensuring everyone in the lobby is taken care of.

Coming here is the reason why I love the city. I come to visit my family at Avalon West Chelsea. The doormen are great. They are very welcoming and friendly, especially Gustavo, who is very well-known and respected by my family.
