We've really enjoyed living in Sammamish View Apartments the last nine months. Our two bedroom apartment was newly updated when we moved in, including new floors, new cabinets, new kitchen appliances. We love having our own little backyard, and a great trail nearby to take our dog on walks. And we also have really appreciated how prompt and responsive management is to maintenance requests. When we expressed concern about our washer not working as well as it was before (it's quite old) and Jim Baker III was kind enough to replace it within just a couple days, no questions asked.

My five year stay at Sammamish View has been amazing. It's a great place to stay with all the facilities available in the neighborhood - be it easy access to freeways, park and ride, groceries shops, parks, top school, and more. The property manager (Jennie) has been very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to address any concerns\help required. Also, Andrew from the maintenance has been very prompt & polite in addressing any maintenance requests during all these years. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in the Bellevue Eastgate area.

I've lived at Sammamish View apartments for about 10 years until I recently moved out of state. Great location, family friendly, and clean. They are reasonably priced and have great floor plans. The management is friendly and helpful. When we moved out of state I was expecting a large move-out bill as most apartments seem to take advantage during this stage of rentals. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the more than reasonable move-out charges. Additionally they helped us return some packages that were wrongly sent to our old address, very help when they didn't need to be. Highly recommended.

We lived in Sammamish view apartments around 6 months. Though it was for short term, we enjoyed living here. Community Manager - Jennie is kind and helpful. Maintenance manager-Andrew is good and addresses the issues in time. Well maintained community. Best schools and close to highway.

This is a wonderful apt to live in! It’s a little pricey but it’s worth it and I’ll tell you why. First of all, the apts are spacious, built with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, lots of kitchen cupboards and the kitchens are large for apt size. I also like the keyless entry. They have landscapers come out once a week and it’s nice that the outside looks good. Each and every one of the Sammamish View staff are very attentive and have great customer service every time I call them! The Mgr Helen answers all of the email inquiries within a day and is very accommodating! The Maintenance Mgr Jim and his staff Andrews always does a wonderful job in fixing anything that needs to be fixed! I’m going on my 17th year at this apt complex and really enjoy living here! Update 1/15/2025. This is still a very nice complex to live in, however I feel I should add a few thoughts. The floors squeak when you walk on them and I can also hear the neighbors above me squeak when they walk which can’t be helped because it’s an older building. I’m also able to hear my neighbors coughing, sneezing and talking.

Sammamish View is a great place to live! I’ve lived here for 14 years. And the response from Mgmnt (Helen) and Maintenance Mgr (Jim) is quick! I appreciate Helen (Mgr) and all that she does. Recently, I have experienced the Landscapers “blowing” all the ground debri on my car on multiple days, the whole purpose to have a carport is to keep my car as clean as possible. Helen let me know that she will talk to the Landscape Rep and she was so sincere that I appreciate it! It’s become a little challenging to get to know Sammamish View staff when they are no longer on site and Helen does a great job communicating!

I recently viewed this property and one of their 2 bedroom units. The property itself looked nice and clean upon arrival. The unit I was shown, presented itself as VERY modern and checked off a lot of the boxes on my requirements list. Once my tour was almost over, I viewed some of the properties amenities quickly, such as their outdoor pool. I love to swim so that made me happy. I also was able to view their fitness center, which I was pleased to learn about. The accessibility of having a fitness center on site is amazing because not only would I be saving myself a monthly gym membership, but I could go workout with no commute and know I’ll be safe & close to home. This property is definitely a high contender on my possibilities list. Thanks again to the warm and friendly staff who’ve been communicating w/ me!

Excellent community and very good staff. Nice location, next to a trail, lot of grass area for kids to play. First floor units have backyards which gives independent home feeling. Cleaners would regularly come to clean your backyard. Jennie(community manager) and Andrews(Maintenance) are very cooperative. Maintenance requests are addressed the same day or max the next day. After vacating the apartment, I did not see any unnecessary charges on my account. I would love to stay in this community if I happen to go back to Bellevue in future.
