I very much enjoyed my time living here. There weren't any issues with the apartment and if there were maintenance was always on hand to deal with it. My favorite part of Eaves that I miss even today is the incredibly friendly property office. Especially community manager Lacey Overholt! Although it took her quite some time to remember my apartment number, she always greeted me with a friendly smile and enthusiasm that made my day that much better. She and the rest of the staff were also very good at their jobs. I never once felt that was my concerns were left unattended.

Have been living here for almost a year and half now. Heidi, David, Jonathan and the whole staff is very helpful. We had raised few requests for maintenance and the team quickly took care of our request. Having swimming pool, gym, play areas for kids is a plus plus from our side. New construction is bit of a pain, hopefully not much will change once the new building is up and running.
