This is our third year of stay at Avalon at Bear Creek and we love it here. Earlier we stayed in a 1b1b here and recently moved to a 2b2b. To begin with the layouts, we have explored a lot of apartments in the area and this is one of the most spacious. Large windows make sure the house doesn’t feel gloomy on the ever so normal overcast days. Ample storage space, separate washer dryer area and kitchen pantry in 2b2b. Maintenance team is very prompt at responding. Big shout out to Adam, Brynna and Erik for being so helpful and responsive. Leasing team was super helpful in ensuring the move was smooth. Overall, Avalon at Bear Creek is a good choice if you are looking for a place not too far away from downtown with a reasonable rent. Aditi

This is a beautiful complex. I toured a few units with my son. The grounds are well kept and the units I viewed were very spacious and sound proofed. If we relocate to the Kirkland area, this will be the place we move to.
