I’ve lived at Park Hill Issaquah for about 4 years now. During that time I have had a lot of life changes and due to those changes I have had to move apartments twice with little notice. During these times I reached out to Jermaine and got an immediate response of nothing but support and kindness. He worked with me and my situation to ensure I was still able to live here with my son as we love it. Some of these negative reviews are crazy to me and quite literally the opposite of my experience! Maintenance has been so quick when I put in a request. The longest it has taken to get a reply was one day and they fixed the issue the same day they replied. Anytime I reach out to management I get a reply within 48 hours. The apartments are beautiful. I’ve shopped apartments all around Issaquah and have never found apartments that look as nice and that are as large as these while still being in this price point. I can literally go four blocks over and pay the same for 200 ft.² less and still the apartment would be dated with tiny kitchens. I currently live in a newly renovated apartment and it is gorgeous. I’ve lived on multiple floors during my time living here, and even on ground floor, we have wonderfully high ceilings which just make the apartment feel larger. For the people saying there’s no staff on site they clearly don’t see the 3/4 people that are here almost every single day driving throughout the whole complex on the golf carts. They aren’t wearing Park hill uniforms for fun. They’re the People that make it easy to live here. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the parking and the noise from the timber yard next door (no fault for Park hill on that). There are very limited spaces for guests and those are almost always taken by residents with more than one vehicle. I have used the camera monitored lot across the street multiple times overnight and never had a problem. During Covid there was some vandalism but it’s cleared up considerably to the point I haven’t heard anything in several months. The management is also great in sending out alerts when there are wild animals seen in the complex. There are a lot of children playing and dogs around so these emails are a great Fyi. There was ONE time that my rent went up a fair amount. That was after Covid started calming down and remember during COVID they didn’t raise rent. I just got my lease renewal and the increase with parking and all is barely $50 more. I will agree that there are fees for replacing items after move out BUT they are all laid out in the lease that you sign when moving in. You just have to actually read it. They break it down for you. They also do that in your move out paperwork. They also give an option for hiring a cleaning crew if you don’t want to clean before leaving. I absolutely love living here and will continue to do so until it’s time for a house as others in the area for the same price just don’t compare and more parking isn’t worth less space, low ceilings, and a dated apartment. Thanks Jermaine, Helen, and the wonderful maintenance crew who says hello to me every morning!

Great place to live in Issaquah! Super nice units with huge kitchens. Quartz countertops, high ceilings - all the marks of a great place to call home. Community is super friendly and has great amenities. Best priced 2x2 units in Issaquah.

Our experience at Park Hill has been nothing but great. There was some unfortunate Events that happened at the property but nothing to do with management, due to pandemic the rise of theft went up and unfortunately because this property is in a very nice secluded area, bad people found it an easy target to steal cars and property. But from the moment we seek for property availability on the phone with Essex call center they were very courteous and since we were actually looking into Bellevue apartments they informed me they didn’t have anything available. So we kept looking around almost close to 4 week looking where to move we found Park Hill Apartments. Essex Call Center after 4 weeks they gave me a call to make sure we had found an apartment property I was so surprised how great they were and assisted me even when they knew I was going to look at other surrounding properties besides Essex. Thankfully we found Park Hill and surprisingly they were park of Essex which was amazing. Right away we noticed the property was clean, well kept, we were greeted by Benjamin and were treated very good. They told us if we wanted to see their units and we loved them they are spacious high ceilings just what we needed. Ben was amazing in gathering everything together and singing us up. The process was so effortlessly and we had never been treated with so much great attention by apartment management. Every step of the way Benjamin was there to make our move easy and accessible to any questions or concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay at Park Hill when I signed my lease I told Benjamin, “When I leave from here is because I had purchased a home” and that is what happened. Two years with Park Hill and our residency had to end but not in a bad note it was because my family had made the decision it was time to purchase a home due to our growing family. I also want to give a huge recognition to the maintenance team I hope you guys are really giving these guys mayor recognition of excellence and professional work. There was not once I submitted a ticket and I had to wait days to get things fixed. They were always very efficient and professional they are very courteous and helpful they deserve major kuddos. Now when I made my notice to not renew my Lease since I had purchased a home I had a few setbacks and Ben and Jermaine were so understanding and worked with me in order to be able to transition to my home I can not stress enough how much that helped. Thank you Jermaine and Benjamin for always being available and understanding, you guys have an excellent team hope Essex sees that, and you guys get major recognition of the great things you do not only for the property but for the residents here.
