I’ve lived at Park Hill Issaquah for about 4 years now. During that time I have had a lot of life changes and due to those changes I have had to move apartments twice with little notice. During these times I reached out to Jermaine and got an immediate response of nothing but support and kindness. He worked with me and my situation to ensure I was still able to live here with my son as we love it. Some of these negative reviews are crazy to me and quite literally the opposite of my experience! Maintenance has been so quick when I put in a request. The longest it has taken to get a reply was one day and they fixed the issue the same day they replied. Anytime I reach out to management I get a reply within 48 hours. The apartments are beautiful. I’ve shopped apartments all around Issaquah and have never found apartments that look as nice and that are as large as these while still being in this price point. I can literally go four blocks over and pay the same for 200 ft.² less and still the apartment would be dated with tiny kitchens. I currently live in a newly renovated apartment and it is gorgeous. I’ve lived on multiple floors during my time living here, and even on ground floor, we have wonderfully high ceilings which just make the apartment feel larger. For the people saying there’s no staff on site they clearly don’t see the 3/4 people that are here almost every single day driving throughout the whole complex on the golf carts. They aren’t wearing Park hill uniforms for fun. They’re the People that make it easy to live here. If I had to complain about anything, it would be the parking and the noise from the timber yard next door (no fault for Park hill on that). There are very limited spaces for guests and those are almost always taken by residents with more than one vehicle. I have used the camera monitored lot across the street multiple times overnight and never had a problem. During Covid there was some vandalism but it’s cleared up considerably to the point I haven’t heard anything in several months. The management is also great in sending out alerts when there are wild animals seen in the complex. There are a lot of children playing and dogs around so these emails are a great Fyi. There was ONE time that my rent went up a fair amount. That was after Covid started calming down and remember during COVID they didn’t raise rent. I just got my lease renewal and the increase with parking and all is barely $50 more. I will agree that there are fees for replacing items after move out BUT they are all laid out in the lease that you sign when moving in. You just have to actually read it. They break it down for you. They also do that in your move out paperwork. They also give an option for hiring a cleaning crew if you don’t want to clean before leaving. I absolutely love living here and will continue to do so until it’s time for a house as others in the area for the same price just don’t compare and more parking isn’t worth less space, low ceilings, and a dated apartment. Great place to live in Issaquah! Super nice units with huge kitchens. Quartz countertops, high ceilings - all the marks of a great place to call home. Community is super friendly and has great amenities. Best priced 2x2 units in Issaquah.
