The management team was fantastic to work with and helped us in every way possible to find an apartment for our son who has cognitive disabilities. The apartments are new and bright, and everyone seems very friendly. The location could not be better, right across the street from the new light rail station. Parking has been a bit of a pain, but we're always able to find a space eventually.

I toured the new apartments that will be opening next month. They are gorgeous, the pictures on the website do not do them justice. The tour went great. We had 2 of Avalon’s most outstanding employees, Jonathan and Brittany. They are knowledgeable, friendly, welcoming and made the tour fun and exciting. Besides the beautiful apartment, they are the main reason I will be moving there. They make you feel like family, both epitomized what excellent customer service should be.
