These apartments are centrally located for me and my needs. I know now days everything is over priced for housing and rental market so I take that ALL with a grain of salt. I'm def paying for my area and I understand that. My unit is clean and nice. Called maintenance for stuff and they had it fixed with in a couple weeks. Love the new management. ATHENA is amazing and so sweet. I know I did have some issues with previous but athena does do her best and I appreciate it! Will be making this my perm home till housing market gets better!

I love the complex and community. It’s nice and well kept and best of all, it’s quiet. The only negative things I could think of are the fact that the utilities are provided by the complex and I don’t believe the charges given are comparable to the actual usage by each resident. I live alone in a one bedroom and don’t see anyway how I could use $200+ a month in utilities during the winter when I don’t even use the heat and use minimal water and gas. The only other downside would be the AC and Heat are swapped out for each other at certain times of the year. I prefer being cold, being from the east coast, and think the AC is changed over to heat way too early when it’s still hot outside and probably will not be swapped back over to AC soon enough either when it starts getting hot again. Can’t say for sure though because I have only lived here a few months. Besides that, this place is great! The office staff are amazing and always willing to help and always friendly. Definitely recommended!
